The Service includes our website, web dashboard, Telegram and Discord bots, mobile applications, and related tools (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using CryptoFilter, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where access to cryptocurrency tools is prohibited by law.

CryptoFilter offers the following subscription tiers: Basic (free), Pro, and Elite. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
We offer refunds at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at info@cryptofilter.io and we will review your request. Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments once processed on-chain. Annual subscriptions that have been partially used are not eligible for full refunds; we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of your investment. CryptoFilter LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
All content, software, design, trademarks, and data on the Service are the property of CryptoFilter LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoFilter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Token data is sourced from public blockchains and third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoFilter LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CryptoFilter LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12) shall survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
