Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a CryptoFilter subscription, what happens to your access when you do, and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every paid plan sold by Stereopoly LLC, doing business as CryptoFilter.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without contacting support: open Dashboard → Account → Subscription and choose Cancel plan. You may also cancel by emailing support@cryptofilter.io from the address on your account.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It is not a deletion request — your account and your filter configuration remain, and you can resubscribe later. To have your data erased, follow the deletion process in our Privacy Policy.
2. What happens to your access
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access — including alert delivery to Telegram — until that date, and you are not billed again. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused remainder of a period that has already started, except as described in sections 3 and 4.
When the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan rather than being closed.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email support@cryptofilter.io within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies once per customer, to the first payment on monthly and annual plans alike.
Renewals are outside this guarantee. A renewal charge is announced by email before it is taken, and cancelling before the renewal date always prevents it.
4. Service interruption
CryptoFilter is a delivery service, so a service that does not deliver has not been provided. If alert delivery is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period, you may request a refund of that period’s fee. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, and outages at Telegram or at a blockchain data provider we depend on, are not counted towards that window.
5. What is not refundable
- Trading losses. CryptoFilter provides analysis of publicly available blockchain data and never financial advice; the outcome of your trades is not a defect in the Service. See the disclaimer in section 6 of our Terms.
- Periods during which your account was suspended or terminated for a breach of the Terms.
- Renewal charges outside the 14-day guarantee where the Service was available, as described in section 3.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds are submitted within 10 business days of approval; how quickly they appear on your statement is set by your bank, not by us. Payments made in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same asset, for the amount we received, minus the network fee required to send it — on-chain payments cannot be reversed, only sent back.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal, and cancelling before that date means you are never charged it.
